1. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Returns can only be accepted for items that meet our eligibility requirements and are submitted within the set timeframe.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
You may request a return under the following conditions:

Important:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date (based on the courier’s tracking information). Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible full-price items will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Refund processing may take up to 30 days after we receive the return.
Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more are eligible for store credit only, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Store credit is issued once the returned item has been reviewed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and product-safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Accessories / Jewelry / Bodysuits / Lingerie and underwear / Swimwear / Custom-made or personalized items / Final Sale items (clearly marked as such)
Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.
5. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund or store credit, items must: Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Be free from makeup, stains, or odors Have all original tags and packaging
Be returned in the same condition as received
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or returned to you at your expense.
6. Return Shipping
Dresscode4her does not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments will not be accepted.
We will provide the return address and further instructions once your return request has been approved.
7. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Items purchased with gift cards or store credit are not eligible for refunds.
Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Shipping Fees, Taxes & Duties
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for refunding shipping costs on undeliverable or refused orders.
Additional fees may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address information.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders for full-price items may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing the order.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Discounted and Final Sale items cannot be cancelled.
10. General Information
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
In the event of a dispute, the Terms & Conditions on this page will apply.
