We take great care in packaging your order, but if you notice that your item is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Or not as described upon arrival…

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Holiday or promotional sale items
Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear
Custom or personalized products(including special orders)
Accessories(e.g. jewelry, hair accessories, etc.)
Beauty or personal care products
❌ Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and not eligible for return.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

🇪🇺 European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re shopping from the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under EU Consumer Rights regulations — even if the item is unworn, in original condition, and with tags.
📦 Just like our standard return policy, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
With all original tags
In original packaging
And you must have proof of purchase

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method(credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few extra daysfor the amount to appear in your account.
