You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
In the same condition as received
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging (when applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is caused by our mistake.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

7. Exchanges

Place a new order for the item you want instead

8. European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
To qualify for an EU withdrawal return:
Items must be unused and unworn
All original tags must be attached
Packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase must be provided

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved:
